The iPET Network Level 3 Award in Canine First Aid teaches both pet professionals and pet owners how to provide emergency treatment when necessary. 

The qualification covers a number of emergency first aid scenarios including how to treat injuries, dress wounds, allergic reactions, stings, poisoning, choking, seizures, CPR and more…

This is an Ofqual regulated qualification awarded by the iPET Network and you will receive a recognised certificate on completion.

Pet First Aid Course content:

Upon successful completion of the course students will receive an accredited certificate.

The course consists of the following:-    

– Principles of first aid and current legislation

– Restraint and transportation

– Animal Assessment

– Resuscitation

– First aid conditions and their management

– Wound management and bandaging.

On completion you will receive an in-depth course manual that you can use as a reference point for advice.
